Fresh Meats
All fresh meats must be picked up at our facility. Our beef is choice grade or higher. For your convenience, all steaks are individually packed and quick frozen. We also have fresh cut steaks at your request, but you must call ahead for orders of steaks that are not packed and frozen. Steaks are sold individually.
Our quality hamburger and hamburger patties are made from 100% STEER meat. We do not add any extras to our burger or patties.
Cooked and smoked products are available. All items are made with quality meats using our traditional recipes you have come to enjoy.
